What's Covered
You're Protected When:
- You've been actively applying to the positions we discussed
- You're targeting the same job titles from your discovery interview
- You have at least 90% of the qualifications for those roles
- You've been using the resume as delivered (not heavily modified)
One Complete Rewrite Includes:
- Full strategic review by our in-house career coach
- Assessment of your resume, jobs applied to, and strategy
- Complete resume rewrite with fresh positioning
- New cover letter aligned with updated strategy
- Analysis of why initial approach may not have worked
- Recommendations for application strategy
What's NOT Covered
The Guarantee Doesn't Apply If:
- You're applying to different job titles than originally discussed
- You've changed career directions since our interview
- You're targeting significantly higher salary levels than planned
- You modified the resume substantially from our final version
- You don't meet the basic qualifications for your target roles

How to Claim Your Guarantee
After Day 90: Still No Interviews?
The guarantee becomes eligible 90 days after receiving your final resume.
- Contact us via chat on our website requesting "90-day interview guarantee"
- Provide the last 3 jobs (or examples of positions) you applied to using our resume: job title and company, link to posting if available, date applied
- Our career coach will review: your resume and target alignment, jobs you've been applying to, your overall strategy
- Assessment and next steps:
If eligible: Complete rewrite scheduled within 5 business days
If not eligible: Detailed feedback and guidelines to improve your approach
Common Misconceptions
"I should be able to use this resume for ANY job"
No. Your resume is a precision tool crafted for specific targets. Using it for different roles is like using a key for the wrong lock—it won't work, no matter how well-made the key is.
"If it's not working, the resume must be bad"
Usually false. In our experience, when resumes don't generate interviews, it's because:
